Orders can be cancelled only if the cancellation request is received before the product is shipped.


  1. Drop us a email at [email protected] or whatsapp us at +91 9884755441 or live chat with us on our website by providing us with the order details and the soft copy of proof of purchase with the details of the product for which return has to be initiated.

  2. Return or replacement is available for Products which are eligible as per the information in the respective product’s page.

  3. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  5. Your item must be in the original packaging.

  6. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved and product is received by Golf Mart , we will initiate a refund to original method of payment


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
